Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Ability to maintain a distraction-free and noise-free workspace from approximately 9:00am-5:30pm PST every business day, ensuring seamless communication with patients and colleagues - 10+ years of customer service experience, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships - 5+ years of medical receptionist experience, including insurance verification and claims processing - 5+ years of inside/inbound sales experience, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and patient engagement techniques - Strong computer and organization skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and prioritize tasks effectively - High level of self-motivation, with a passion for spending time on the phone with prospects and building strong relationships - Flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced, growing company
