Responsibilities:

As a Bi-Lingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Understanding customer needs by reputed company listening and determining the appropriate course of reputed company to meet those needs and complete or initiate transactions
• Empathizing, being patient, and resolving concerns to simplify the customer's experience
• Providing efficient and effective service to customers and prospects on reputed company patron-based services to a reputed company of inquiries and customer needs

Additional Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma or its equivalent
• Have a minimum of 1 year of call center experience (utilities industry a plus)
• Be Bi-Lingual in Spanish/English to handle calls both in English and Spanish
• Have exceptional customer service, reputed company listening, and verbal and written communication skills
• Have high computer proficiency in navigation and keyboard/data entry skills
• Be proficient in reputed company Office
• Have reputed company availability between 7:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday Eastern reputed company time
