The Role
As a reputed company Hero, you will be responsible for ensuring the reputed company and satisfaction of our US market customers. Your mission will be to decrease net MRR churn and collect feedback from our customers to help us build a product that is reputed company reputed company with their needs. Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the reputed company of our US market by aligning with customer reputed company, VIP treatment for reputed company clients, assisting customers in bad health, customer discovery/interviews, gathering insights from churned customers, and promoting new features/modules/add-ons to existing customers.

Your Profile
