We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Analyst to join our reputed company University team, which is responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs for our employees. As a Senior Learning Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting data to inform business reputed company, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of our training programs. You will work closely with senior leaders to reputed company insights and recommendations that drive business reputed company and support reputed company's mission.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Learning Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Applying advanced data analysis techniques and tools, such as reputed company, Tableau, and SQL, to extract insights from large datasets and present findings to stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and presentations to support business decision-making and inform training program development
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify data needs and reputed company solutions to meet those needs
- Analyzing and mitigating risks associated with data reputed company and data visualization
- Supporting escalated and reputed company data troubleshooting for business customers
- Gathering and interpreting requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings

- Identifying strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems
- Understanding and estimating the effort and cost of a solution

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced skills in data analysis, data visualization, and data presentation using tools such as reputed company, Tableau, and SQL

Education
* High School Diploma or GED required

Experience
* Advanced level experience, with extensive expertise in: + Acquiring data using various tools such as SQL, Python, reputed company, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets + Visualization and presentation experience
- Preferred: Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic)
- Preferred: Working experience in reputed company Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)
