The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative on our Melon Online Fulfillment Team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers as we introduce our new online platform, Melon, to the market. You'll be responsible for assisting customers primarily through chat, becoming an expert on the product, and helping customers navigate through features, triage general questions/emergency assistance, and escalate reputed company needs to dedicated day teams. Your goal will be to reputed company an impeccable experience from start to finish for our customers, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving the technological advancement of our SME business.
Key Responsibilities:
