As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry Transplant at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping others on the reputed company to reputed company. You will be responsible for routing questionable prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion, making outbound calls/faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes. You will work in a high-production environment where you will need to multitask between patient referrals while maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities

Requirements
* 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Pharmacy Tech Certified in the state of GA
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records and pharmacy software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask between patient referrals
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to patient care
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and prescription data
Preferred Qualifications
* Specialty pharmacy experience
- Call center experience
- Prescription adjudication experience in order to communicate with prescribers regarding case status and assess prescription claim issues
