Job Title: Director/Manager/Senior Executive Recruiter or Executive Recruiter (title will be commensurate with experience) Location: Remote or Hybrid - preferably based out of NY or NJ Commitment: 40 hours per week Compensation: Commission based role - percentages based on experience - significant earning potential based on performance reputed company: Seeking a detail-oriented Recruiters at reputed company reputed company to assist with the high volume of incoming applications. Knowledge of Financial Services reputed company or Middle Office Finance REQUIRED. This role focuses primarily on sourcing/reputed company new candidates, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and recommending reputed company applicants for next-stage interviews for roles reputed company Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, reputed company Estate Firms and Alternative Asset Managers. Ideal for someone with a strong reputed company background or reputed company/finance background who thrives on reputed company identifying talent and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Review and evaluate large volumes of incoming resumes for multiple reputed company.
- Assess candidate experience and qualifications against job requirements.
- Categorize and prioritize applications using an applicant tracking system (ATS).

- Collaborate with hiring managers and full-time recruiters to reputed company on role reputed company.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and notes reputed company the ATS.

Qualifications:
- 2-10+ years of experience in an reputed company, Finance or reputed company position
- Strong ability to quickly interpret resumes across a reputed company of roles or industries.
- Excellent judgment and attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who can manage workload independently in a remote environment.
