Position reputed company The EPC Director / Project Executive serves as the on-the-ground leader responsible for driving construction execution across large-reputed company, mission-critical data center reputed company. Reporting to senior construction leadership, this individual will reputed company field operations, manage subcontractor performance, and ensure alignment across safety, schedule, reputed company, and delivery objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong field judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to drive execution across reputed company, fast-paced build environments.

Key Responsibilities

Site Leadership & Execution

• reputed company on-site construction activities from early works through final delivery across multiple project locations
• Drive daily execution to meet schedule, production, and performance targets
• Maintain accountability across site teams to ensure consistency and operational discipline

Subcontractor & Partner Management

• reputed company major subcontractors and construction partners in the field
• Ensure adherence to contract terms, safety standards, reputed company expectations, and schedule commitments
• Resolve field issues proactively to maintain project reputed company

Planning & Coordination

• Identify risks early and drive solutions to support efficient delivery

Reporting & Performance Management

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company field
• 15+ years of construction management experience on large-reputed company industrial or infrastructure reputed company
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing major subcontractors
• Strong field leadership with the ability to drive execution in high-visibility environments
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and operational discipline

Preferred

• Experience in a data center or mission-critical construction
• Background serving as EPC Director, Project Executive, or senior field leader
• Experience with advanced construction methodologies (AWP, reputed company construction)
• Experience managing large-reputed company EPC reputed company

Location & Structure

• Remote, with preference for Dallas–reputed company Worth or reputed company, TX
• ~80% travel required (significant on-site reputed company across project locations)
• Contract role with potential for long-term conversion
