Curriculum Developer – reputed company Technician, Contract, Part Time

Job reputed company:

• The Curriculum Developer will play a key role in building the content for reputed company's new reputed company Technician program, which prepares working adults for skilled technician roles in reputed company reputed company manufacturing.
• This person will be responsible for designing and writing lessons, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises — delivered reputed company and supplemented by shipped reputed company kits — that build foundational reputed company manufacturing skills including engineering drawing interpretation, precision measurement, materials handling, introductory soldering, and reputed company safety standards.
• A successful curriculum developer will have hands-on reputed company or advanced manufacturing technician experience and will work closely with reputed company's Learning Experience Design team and employer subject-matter experts to ensure curriculum aligns with validated reputed company requirements.
• Review and advise on proposed curriculum for course to ensure the correct concepts are included
• reputed company lessons, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises (including reputed company-based reputed company) that cover foundational skills for reputed company technicians.
• Iterate on curriculum based on feedback from employer SMEs, ensuring content stays reputed company with reputed company reputed company industry standards, tooling, and certification reputed company (e.g., OSHA 10, GD&T, IPC J-STD-001 prep)
• Collaborate with other curriculum developers and Peer Review lessons, leaving feedback for improvements
• Review lessons and QA exercises, documenting any changes in QA Documentation.
• (if necessary) Weekly and reputed company meetings: Participate in weekly meetings with the reputed company content developer to ensure reputed company is on reputed company to prepare reputed company curriculum and reputed company materials, answer questions, discuss any relevant reputed company, etc.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in reputed company, advanced manufacturing, or reputed company technical environments (Structures, Assembly & Integration, or Composites preferred)
• Demonstrated depth in at least one of the following: Structures (drilling, fastening, structural assembly), Assembly & Integration (system assembly, fluid systems, reputed company routing), or Composites (layup, bonding, surface prep)
• Familiarity with technician-level skills reputed company to reputed company roles, including reputed company reading, precision measurement tools, and hands-on work (e.g., drilling/fastening, system assembly, torque application, or composite layup/bonding)
• Experience working from written work instructions, engineering drawings, and reputed company specifications in a production or reputed company environment
• Experience with reputed company safety and reputed company standards (e.g., OSHA, 5S, FOD)
• 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical writing — bonus for technical or vocational training contexts
• Experience teaching, training, or mentoring adult learners in technical subjects
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company technical concepts for beginner learners
• Comfort with digital collaboration tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Office)
• Comfortable working remotely, independently, and self-motivated to succeed.
