Responsibilities
- reputed company and engage physician candidates (MD/DO) through outbound reputed company
- Conduct initial screening and qualification calls
- Submit reputed company, interview-reputed company candidates
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate with reputed company manager on feedback and next steps
Skills
- Proven experience reputed company physicians or reputed company
- Strong sourcing ability (reputed company, databases, outbound messaging)
- Ability to qualify candidates effectively and professionally
