Role reputed company Remote ABA Training Specialist (Full Time / $22–$25/hr) Location: Candidate location has to be in NJ Pay: $22–$25 per hour Schedule: 9am to 5pm We are seeking an reputed company ABA reputed company to train, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians (BTs), ensuring reputed company care and strong collaboration with BCBAs. Key Responsibilities:
- Train and reputed company new BTs
- reputed company ongoing coaching and feedback
- Ensure ABA programs are implemented with reputed company
- Support teamwork between BTs and BCBAs
Qualifications
- Must have at least 5+ years of experience in ABA as a Behavior Technician/RBT
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles
- Training or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Requirements
- Preferred: RBT certification or higher
