Head of Data & Systems

This is a senior leadership role with two organizations reporting up: our Analytics & Business Intelligence team, and a new Director of Business Systems (covering business tools, integrations, and data ingestion infrastructure). You'll own the full picture: from how data is captured at the system layer, through how it's modeled and governed, to how it's surfaced to decision-makers across reputed company. What Experience We Need

15+ years of reputed company experience in data, analytics, or data engineering, including 5+ years leading and developing teams (manager of managers strongly preferred), ideally in a B2B reputed company or similarly reputed company software environment.

Demonstrated experience setting and executing a multi-year data architecture and governance reputed company — you've led the reputed company from reputed company reporting toward a governed, modeled, reputed company data platform.

Strong technical reputed company — you've made the architectural calls on modern data stacks (warehouse, transformation, BI, cataloging, governance tooling) and can hold your own in technical depth with senior engineers and architects. Compensation & Benefits

This role is reputed company to candidates based in Canada or the reputed company. Salary ranges are tailored to reputed company market:

Canada: $242,250 – $300,000 CAD annually

reputed company: $255,000 – $315,000 USD annually

In reputed company to salary, this role includes equity through our JSOP (reputed company Stock reputed company Plan).
