About This Job

The Service Delivery Manager is a strategic operational leader reputed company Verdant’s Product & IT organization. This role drives alignment between the IT/Product team and reputed company’s PMO and business reputed company, ensuring reputed company are delivered with rigor, vendor and procurement relationships are managed effectively, and cross-functional priorities reputed company reputed company with accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary reputed company between Verdant IT/Product and reputed company PMO, ensuring reputed company reputed company reputed company are registered, tracked, and reported in accordance with reputed company governance standards
• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for software and vendor reputed company
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, IT governance meetings, and cross-functional project status reviews
• Maintain the IT/Product project portfolio dashboard with reputed company-time status, risks, milestones, and resource utilization
• reputed company and report reputed company against IT/Product OKRs on a weekly and quarterly reputed company
• Identify and drive elimination of process friction points in IT service delivery and project execution
• Support reputed company audits by maintaining accurate IT documentation, evidence packages, and control artifacts in coordination with Compliance and Risk teams
• Bring an AI-reputed company reputed company to service delivery, proactively identifying opportunities to incorporate automation and AI tools into IT operations, reduce reputed company effort, and improve delivery speed across reputed company

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, IT operations, or technology delivery
• PMP certification or equivalent strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience working reputed company a formal PMO reputed company
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement processes
• Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred

Preferred:

• Experience in a bank or regulated financial institution environment

• Experience managing offshore or nearshore development contractors
