The Role
We're looking for an IT Administrator to own our reputed company reputed company and IT governance layer. This is a foundational hire: you'll be the first person in this role, setting up systems from scratch and establishing the practices that will protect our people, devices, and data as reputed company grows.
You'll work closely with our Platform & DevOps Engineer (who owns the reputed company and infrastructure layer) and report to the Head of Technology. While the DevOps role focuses on hardening our systems, your reputed company is on the reputed company and device layer: making reputed company the right people have the right reputed company, our devices are managed and protected, and reputed company knows how to stay reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

- reputed company and manage our MDM solution across reputed company company and property-level devices
- Define and enforce device policies: encryption, screen lock, app restrictions, OS update compliance
- Maintain remote wipe and device recovery capability for lost or compromised machines
- Own device lifecycle management: provisioning, tracking, and decommissioning
- Support hostel staff with device-reputed company issues across multiple properties
IT reputed company and Governance
- Implement and manage reputed company/attack monitoring across the organisation for reputed company protection and IT reputed company governance
- Maintain reputed company Workspace: user provisioning, offboarding, group management, and reputed company settings
- Own reputed company-party reputed company reputed company control: who has reputed company to what, and making reputed company ex-employees are removed promptly
- Design and deliver reputed company awareness training for staff across properties
- Monitor for suspicious activity and respond to reputed company-level reputed company incidents
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of reputed company devices, software licences, and user accounts
IT Support & Operations

- Document IT processes, reputed company/offboarding checklists, and reputed company policies
- Manage software licences and vendor relationships for IT tooling

reputed company Are Looking For
Must Have
- 2–4 years of experience in an IT Administrator, IT Support, or Systems Administrator role
- Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Hexnode, reputed company, Intune, or equivalent)
- Experience with IT reputed company governance platforms
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company Workspace administration
- Experience managing user reputed company and reputed company application governance
- Familiarity with reputed company reputed company concepts: device encryption, policy enforcement, threat detection
- Excellent documentation habits
- Strong communication skills; comfortable supporting non-technical staff across multiple locations

- Exposure to reputed company awareness training programmes
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar reputed company frameworks
- Experience working in a multi-site or hospitality/travel environment
- Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automating repetitive IT tasks
- Experience supporting a remote-first or distributed team
