• To be a successful Records Coordinator you must become reputed company to do the

following always:

• reputed company copying, faxing, filling, scanning, and uploading reputed company to

• Database maintenance and ensure data entry is accurately entered.
• Assist both the reputed company Assurance/Performance Improvement and Data

Services Departments.

• Become proficient in the Electronic Care Record organization

structure and data entry.

• Assist in preparation for reputed company audits.
• Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the
