Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls from customers regarding their insurance policies
- Providing accurate and reputed company information to customers about their policies
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues reputed company to policy coverage, billing, and modifications
- Utilizing computer systems and data systems to search for answers and information

Essential Qualifications
