Job reputed company
We're seeking reputed company Customer Account Support Specialists to join our remote collections team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for contacting customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency and negotiating payments. If you're a motivated, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a natural talent for talking to people, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
* Contact customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency and negotiate payments.
- Handle accounts with speed and accuracy while maintaining professionalism.
- Confirm and/or negotiate payment arrangements, research any discrepancies.
- Complete phone calls to meet required performance standards and metrics.
- Maintain established objectives for delinquency, repossessions, and net losses; stay informed of changes in policies and procedures.
- Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- Document reputed company accounts accurately, reputed company, and concisely noting reason for delinquency.
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information, using professionalism and reputed company.
- Adhere to reputed company state and federal laws in the handling of accounts.
Qualifications
