The Role
As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of reputed company, interacting with customers reputed company phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
