As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling property & casualty (p&c) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone. You will reputed company customers with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium. Key Responsibilities

* Handle property & casualty (p&c) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly reputed company customer service experience in an insurance environment

• Property and Casualty insurance license required

Work Schedule

* Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST with rotating Saturdays with team (Saturday hours would be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
