Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Assisting in the booking of new reservations and the modification of existing requests
- Providing exceptional service to meet and reputed company customer expectations
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a reputed company and effective manner

Compensation and Benefits Package:

Essential Qualifications:
