Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing inbound complaint system fulfillment in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Utilizing a knowledge database and following reputed company operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various customer requests and inquiries
• Navigating multiple computer systems and applications, including secure systems, with strict adherence to reputed company guidelines
• Documenting reputed company contact in our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Performing other duties as assigned by management, including special reputed company and initiatives

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of reputed company experience, or an Associate's Degree and at least 1 year of reputed company experience, or a Bachelor's Degree
