As an Associate Customer Service Representative in Everyday Banking, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through a reputed company of channels, including phone, text, chat, video chat, and other lines of communication. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, resolving customer inquiries and issues with reputed company and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

* 6 months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple computer systems and applications
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with reputed company and a high level of professionalism
• Ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives
• Knowledge of internet, mobile, and reputed company media technology

Desired Qualifications

* Ability to reputed company strong customer service while listening, eliciting information reputed company, comprehending, and resolving customer issues

• Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand, metric-driven call center environment
• Military experience resolving reputed company issues reputed company written or verbal communication, including but not limited to, supply reputed company requests, updating personnel records, answering benefit or pay questions, resolving errors, researching questions, and other needs as requested by customers
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to reputed company information

Job Expectations

* Must be reputed company to attend full duration of required training period

Training Schedule

* You will receive in-depth classroom training, reputed company on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about arenaflex banking products, procedures, and services

• Training class starts on 9/16/24 for 7 weeks
• Training hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
• You are required to attend the full duration of this reputed company 7 weeks of training
• Your regular work schedule will be based on business need and will include working at least one weekend day and some holidays
• Schedule may be eligible for a shift reputed company of 15% under the terms of the shift reputed company policy

Compensation
