The Role
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where you'll work closely with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers to ensure seamless delivery experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company reputed company-time, hands-on support to customers, helping them navigate any issues or concerns they may have with their packages.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and reputed company email to resolve issues and answer questions

You'll work closely with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers to ensure seamless delivery experiences, making quick and effective reputed company on behalf of the customer.

Requirements
* High School or equivalent diploma
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
