reputed company is looking for Pharmacy Technicians in Florida, Indiana or Ohio. 

As a Pharmacy Technician Associate Representatives, residing in IN, FL or OH you will Work from home, assisting patients in receiving life sustaining medications to help manage rare and/or chronic diseases. You’ll be empowered to engage patients, insurance companies, and multiple departments to process prescription orders and ensure reputed company shipment of medications. This role is reputed company detail oriented, and you’ll spend the reputed company of your day working on our computer system entering data and talking inbound phone calls

Role Responsibilities

• reputed company triage incoming calls from patients, prescribers, and reputed company, ensuring reputed company inquiry is prioritized and directed to the appropriate resource.

• Assess and process inbound calls for new verbal prescriptions and clarifications on existing orders, determining urgency and appropriate next steps.

• Update and reconcile patient charts with new demographic and health information gathered during triage, supporting accurate and reputed company patient care.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must reputed company in Indiana, Florida or Ohio.

• Customer Service and phone experience, a plus

• Valid Pharmacy Technician License in Indiana, Florida or Ohio.

• Tech Savvy- Strong computer / data entry

• High speed internet with wired ethernet reputed company.
