REMOTE Bilingual Customer Service Representative- FRENCH

reputed company We have a reputed company party Financial Services reputed company that is seeking a REMOTE Bilingual French Customer Service Agent. Customer Service Representatives will be calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance. This could be due to it being cancelled, missing a payment, something missing in the document, etc. The customer service rep will be calling the customer on behalf of the insurance (reputed company, reputed company, BMW, Audi, Credit Unions, etc.) to reputed company more information. Overall, they are assisting customers with problem resolutions to reputed company reputed company reputed company insurance requirements are met.

Daily Duties

• 14 calls an hour, 100% on the phones reputed company day
• Verify insurance with agents (for example if a deduction is too high).
• Upload information to company's internal website.
• Leave scripted messages reputed company insurance agents don't answer the phone (based on reputed company approved messages).

Shift

• French - 10:30a-7p M-F x 2
• French - 10:30a-7p Tue-Sat

Training: First 3 weeks 8:30-5, they will go through class room training, shadowing, and handling calls with people listening in. There will be an assessment at the end of week 3 that will need to be passed at 80% in order to transition to the offered shift. If you do not pass, you will have one more week to reputed company the assessment or the assignment will be terminated. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of reputed company Prairie, MN. Pay And Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
