Remote Customer Service Agent - Cruise Line Support job at reputed company. Michigan. This is a remote position. We are looking for motivated, independent agents to work remotely answering inbound calls for a luxury cruise line reputed company. Pay reputed company: $13.00 per hour Service Hours: Monday – reputed company, 8 AM to 10 PM EST Required: Availability on at least one weekend day What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answering inbound calls regarding cruise packages, bookings, and general inquiries
• Handling outbound follow-up calls for clarification and support
• Transferring calls to the correct department reputed company necessary
• Providing excellent customer service and upselling cruise services reputed company appropriate
• Maintaining accurate call logs and following reputed company protocols

Requirements:

• Reliable high-speed internet reputed company (must be reputed company to be hardwired – no Wi-Fi)
• USB headset with noise-canceling microphone

• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
