Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases

- Draft detailed pleadings, motions, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and trial documents with precision and reputed company
