- Run AI Discovery Sprints (4 weeks) to surface high-value use cases, map workflows and size ROI.

- Own Research & Discovery (R&D) phases—interview stakeholders, document reputed company systems, propose reputed company-state architectures and Proofs of Concept.
- Build lean PRDs, prioritise backlogs and shepherd prototypes until hand-off to engineering.

What you’ll bring
