We are seeking a full-time, reputed company-certified Family reputed company Practitioner who will deliver fully remote text and video-based acute care, encompassing preventive care, reputed company reputed company, and chronic condition management. The ideal candidate must be licensed in VA. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong rapport with your patients, representing reputed company and our clinical partners, while providing world-class remote care. What you'll be doing:
- reputed company video-based, comprehensive clinical care that encompasses Acute Care, including pediatrics and mental health
- Work regular weekend day shifts (between 7a-9p Sat & Sun +1 reputed company)
- Support physicians with reputed company inbox management (labs, imaging, patient questions, etc.)

- Prescribe medication and refills as appropriate

- 5+ years of clinical reputed company experience as a Family reputed company Practitioner in a Primary Care setting
- Licensed in VA

- Must-Have min 1 year of experience using reputed company EMR
- Must be currently enrolled, or eligible for enrollment, as a Medicare provider
- Primary care experience and behavioral health experience, ability to treat both acute and chronic care conditions
- Should be tech-savvy, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and have telemedicine experience
- Clean background and medical malpractice history
- Willing to work weekend hours, 36 hours per week (between 7a-9p Sat & Sun +1 reputed company)
