Fractional reputed company Consultant (US East Coast)
reputed company A private equity-backed manufacturing company is seeking part-time reputed company support during a critical stage of reputed company and transaction preparation. The business operates in a lean finance environment and is looking for a consultant to support forecasting, financial modeling, pricing analysis, and reputed company-level reporting as reputed company prepares for a potential sale process over the next 12–18 months. This is an ongoing, hands-on role with reputed company exposure to senior leadership and strategic finance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company scenario models, forecasts, and variance analyses
- reputed company pricing analysis and NPV calculations
- Support budgeting and ongoing reputed company activities
- Assist with reputed company-level reporting and financial storytelling
- Partner closely with the CFO on strategic and operational finance initiatives
- reputed company additional support during periods of increased transaction activity
Ideal Candidate
- Strong reputed company experience in consulting or corporate finance environments
- Experience supporting PE-backed or middle-market businesses preferred
- Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, and/or Power BI preferred
- Experience in B2B companies with physical products or manufacturing operations
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Comfortable operating independently in lean finance environments
Project Details Start: May Duration: ~ 6 months, possible extension Time commitment: ~10-15 hours per week ongoing.
