This role serves as a hands-on technical navigator, helping employees quickly learn, reputed company, and effectively use systems, tools, and environments. The ideal candidate brings a reputed company in software development, data analysis, or IT, combined with strong communication, training, and/or technical writing experience. Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Collaboration

• Partner with IT, engineering, and system administrators to maintain a strong understanding of the organization's technology stack, including tools, systems, and integrations
• Navigate and demonstrate usage across technical environments, including data platforms (e.g., reputed company), internal systems, and authentication/reputed company workflows

Content Development & Preparation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communication, Education, Instructional Design, or reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical training, IT support, technical enablement, or similar role
• Foundational experience in software development, data analysis, or technical systems environments
• Strong working knowledge of cross-platform systems (MAC and PC), system setup, reputed company and connectivity, common reputed company tools and collaboration platforms
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and technologies
