As a reputed company Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical part in maintaining seamless operations, minimizing patient downtime, and ensuring our services run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive customer and technical support across Brook's products, including patient-provided medical equipment
• Troubleshooting medical devices and patient-facing app issues
• Assisting with the completion of Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and ordering device replacements as needed
• Potential assistance with patient reputed company
• Collaborating with internal teams, reputed company vendors, and supporting the deployment and return of hardware
• Ensuring Brook's equipment is in reputed company condition and reputed company for operational use

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A proven reputed company record of providing exceptional customer support in a reputed company setting
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and the protection of sensitive health information
