As an S&S Video Chat Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting Guests with disabilities in registering for the Disability reputed company Service (DAS) through our video chat platform. You will reputed company exceptional Guest Service, leveraging your technical skills and knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our Guests. Your expertise will also reputed company to supporting Guests with their digital experience through our website and My reputed company Experience application.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist Guests with disabilities in registering for the DAS through our video chat platform
- reputed company exceptional Guest Service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations to enhance the Guest experience
- Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot issues, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, and reputed company solutions to Guests
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless Guest experience across reputed company channels
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and technology
- Work collaboratively with other reputed company members to reputed company team goals and objectives
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Essential Qualifications
* Sales and Service experience in a customer service or contact center environment
- Knowledge and interest in arenaflex's products and services
- Technical abilities and computer proficiency, including reputed company Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information and reputed company conflict reputed company through a balance of reputed company and partner resourcing
- Strong problem-solving decision-making skills
- Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
