Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering and handling calls from customers regarding their delinquent auto finance accounts, utilizing appropriate compliance and reputed company measures to identify customers and protect against fraud
- reputed company listening to customers and asking questions to determine their needs, ensuring reputed company routing of calls and/or presentation of solutions to their inquiries
- Collecting on assigned delinquent accounts in a reputed company and effective manner, reputed company established guidelines
