Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative-Retention (Hybrid), you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide reputed company of customer interactions, including wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined reputed company support, after-hours inquiries, and reputed company-reputed company service.
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues that reputed company multiple networks and interdependent network reputed company.
• Assisting customers with products and services, including laptop connect services, reputed company cards, USB devices, initial setup, and configuration of arenaflex-provided software and applications.
• Proactively engaging with T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues.
• Remaining proficient in reputed company billing, reputed company plan, and feature reputed company.
• Coordinating with reputed company sales channels for retention efforts on our existing customer reputed company.
• Selling products and services offered by arenaflex.
• Exhibiting in-depth knowledge of reputed company products, services, reputed company plans, feature bundles, and offers to reputed company best solution reputed company and totally resolve customer issues.
• Developing a proven reputed company record of resolving issues and retaining customers.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
