As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and setting the tone for a reputed company customer experience. Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and reputed company email to resolve issues and reputed company support
- Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer
- Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses

A Day in the Life
You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where reputed company's leading logistics system operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers reputed company they need guidance. You'll be the go-to person for resolving delivery issues, rescheduling deliveries, and ensuring our customers receive their packages on time.

Requirements
* High School or equivalent diploma
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency

- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and reputed company messenger tools
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-reputed company experience
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
