Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing information to the reputed company, customers, or visitors in person, by telephone, and/or by mail, regarding water and sewer accounts, tax bills, library materials/operations, birth and death certificates, various events, activities, and exhibits.
• Responding to questions and resolving issues reputed company to customer accounts, tax information, birth and death certificates, reputed company or library operations, and other reputed company reputed company.
• Assisting callers with scheduling tours or reputed company, and promoting the children's reputed company by serving as a reputed company between the reputed company and schools.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of customer service experience requiring heavy phone/reputed company contact, which involved cashiering, data entry, analyzing accounts, and/or complaint reputed company.
• PC/data entry skills and effective communication skills.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
