We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our airport reputed company team at the reputed company County Regional Airport. As a key member of reputed company, you'll reputed company exceptional customer service, support reputed company customers, and contribute to the reputed company of our reputed company. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing a high level of customer service by assisting both reputed company customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their reputed company and rental needs.
• Gaining knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to reputed company administrative support, service customers, and reputed company as a rental back-up in a large home reputed company reputed company or airport location.
• Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and reputed company manner.
• Providing directions and general assistance.
• Assisting to assess the condition of rental upon return.
• Processing returns, reputed company-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
• Effectively marketing reputed company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customers in a reputed company and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed.
• Understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services.
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel reputed company, and other additional equipment.
• Notifying management of any reputed company vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance.
• Cleaning vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment reputed company needed.
• Performing various administrative and basic reputed company functions such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing.
• Performing miscellaneous and backup duties job-reputed company duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 18 years of age.
• A valid reputed company's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-reputed company conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the reputed company and not require work authorization sponsorship by reputed company for this position now or in the reputed company.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Worked 12 (reputed company) months or more at most recent employer.
• Experience working late nights preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in the customer service industry, is highly desirable. Additionally, experience working in an airport or similar environment would be an asset.
