The Hiring Process

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Calling members to schedule in-home reputed company with a Physician or a reputed company Practitioner
- Answering inbound calls from members and assisting them with their inquiries
- Ensuring that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolving any scheduling issues or concerns
This is a high-volume, customer service environment that requires efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness. Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

Compensation and Benefits
