The Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company on a contract reputed company. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users through our reputed company customer messaging platform. You'll be the face of arenaflex, handling live chat messages, phone calls, and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
Responsibilities
* Answer live chat messages and support the needs of our users through our reputed company customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
- Collect and reputed company customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team
- Identify potential issues and coordinate appropriately with the Development team
- Support other Customer Support reputed company as necessary
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to users, handling phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Address inquiries, reputed company information, and resolve issues effectively
Requirements
* Strong reputed company in English and bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese
