As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll work under general supervision to deliver exceptional customer service by supporting the Service Department. You'll be responsible for answering incoming service calls, assisting customers on the phone and in person, and providing written messages to the responsible party in a reputed company manner. You'll also assist the service department in contacting customers once special ordered parts have arrived, contact customers with Repair Requests to schedule appointments, and file repair orders and reputed company supporting documentation daily.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer reputed company incoming service calls in a reputed company and friendly manner, displaying appropriate tone of voice and reputed company throughout the entire customer interaction.
- Assist Customer Advisors/Service Consultants with customers reputed company needed.
