About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative III to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. As a key member of our reputed company Member Support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to potential and existing Iowa reputed company Program Recipients and Affiliates. You'll reputed company as an escalation reputed company for inquiries, reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, and accurately document enrollment requests and status changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately document enrollment requests and status changes
• reputed company application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone
• Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in the NJ Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies

Requirements

* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and reputed company monitoring processes

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers
