The Role

As a part-time remote Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers reputed company email and live chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about our brand and excited to build strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Have a quiet work reputed company with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
• reputed company to work 20–29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
• Available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
• Has reliable high-speed internet reputed company with reputed company to their router—a laptop and reputed company necessary equipment will be provided!
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
