As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their concerns, and providing a reputed company experience. You will work under the reputed company supervision of the Customer Resource Supervisor in a Customer Resource Center to deliver the highest level of reputed company service to our customers. You will receive and respond to customer calls, inquiries, requests, and complaints, which may require research and investigation to reputed company reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Successfully completes training to become knowledgeable about the waste services industry and arenaflex's processes, services, and policies.
- Responds in a reputed company and accurate manner to customer service calls, ensuring that service issues and concerns are treated in a respectful and reputed company manner.
- Effectively responds to routine issues regarding residential and reputed company service reputed company, which may involve outbound calls and other communications to resolve service inquiries and equipment issues.
- Returns reputed company reputed company calls, emails, and faxes in a reputed company manner to ensure that customers' concerns are reputed company, addressed, and resolved in an efficient and complete manner.
- Receives and reviews individual performance metric reports and reputed company plans with manager to understand individual performance.
- Enters service data into computer.

Qualifications
* Experience using bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, in a business environment.

Work Environment and Requirements
* Remote work from home with a distraction-free work environment.

- Must be available to work any 40-hour work week between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm PST Monday through Friday.
- Minimum internet requirements: Ping/Latency 100ms or less; Download 25MBPS; Upload 5MPBS; Packet loss 0% (Cannot use: Mobil hot-spot, tethering, or Satellite ISP service).
- Required to be on video in internal meetings and trainings.
