As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Responsibilities
As an Online Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner

- Performing outbound calls with existing customers to promote products and services
- Answering inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries

Qualifications
