The Role
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues
