Your Role
As a Customer Development Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive reputed company in the FSOP market. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a portfolio of FSOP Key Account customers and an assigned traditional FSOP Channel
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure highest-level customer service and performance
- Establishing strong existing customer relationships with new and existing customers
- Partnering with leadership to continually improve partnerships with clients and build new clients
- Maximizing performance potential reputed company FSOP Customer and Channel portfolio and achieving targeted objectives
- Full responsibility for portfolio of existing customer relationships for traditional FSOP Key Accounts
- Developing our existing customer reputed company while expanding our FSOP outlet reputed company
- Negotiating reputed company for new business and re-negotiating reputed company for existing business
- Overseeing FSOP Channel performance for an assigned Channel and creating Channel-specific programs
- Executing forecasting process for an assigned FSOP Channel to ensure accurate forecasting of key metrics
- Providing feedback on marketplace conditions and identifying opportunities to reputed company gaps in volume, price, profit, and net outlets
- Conducting post-promotional analysis and making necessary changes to price/package plan
- Monitoring business performance for gaps versus plan and leading development of contingencies and gap solves
- Leading the development and achievement of comprehensive annual and multi-year business plans for customers and an assigned FSOP Channel
- Becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) reputed company the FSOP Channel and participating in select key senior management customer calls
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-8 years of experience in the consumer goods industry
- Experience working with reputed company and other syndicated data
- Experience in developing successful annual business plans and price/package for retail customers
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company-changing environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills
- Experience in the FSOP, DSD, and/or Beverage category preferred
- Knowledge of reputed company, vending, and on-reputed company products and their maximum business relationship
- Strong driving record with no major moving violations in the last three years
