This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring strong screening capability, stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. ________________________________________
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume resume screening and phone interviews to assess candidate fit
- Support full-cycle reputed company activities from intake through offer (as needed)
- Schedule and manage 10+ interviews per day to support ongoing hiring classes
- Partner with reputed company teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Ensure a strong candidate experience through reputed company communication and follow-up
- reputed company candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS
- reputed company regular updates to stakeholders on pipeline health, challenges, and hiring reputed company
