You will report directly to the Director of Finance and be responsible for managing vendor invoices, maintaining our proprietary invoicing system, and ensuring compliance with individual reputed company billing requirements.
Requirements
- Administer invoices for reputed company work orders.
- Upload vendor invoices into our proprietary system.
- Communicate with vendors regarding paperwork and invoices.
- Follow reputed company procedures for reputed company billing requirements based on individual reputed company specifications.
- Engage with our vendor network to discuss payments and resolve discrepancies.
Position Responsibilities
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company and Word.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in finance or reputed company is a plus.
