Divisional Vice President -East Coast (REMOTE)

Divisional Vice President- East Coast Foresight is seeking a Divisional Vice President to own and drive sales performance across the East Coast territory. Responsibilities

• Own sales performance across the East Coast, driving premium reputed company, submissions, and broker engagement

• Build and expand a network of reputed company middle-market brokers and agency partners
• Generate and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting, marketing, and relationship development
• Partner with reputed company to position and reputed company high-value opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with key producers through regular in-person engagement, with travel expected approximately every other week (or more) to support broker development and territory reputed company
• Monitor performance metrics and market trends to inform reputed company and optimize results, including submissions, retention, reputed company adequacy, and commission performance
• Represent Foresight at industry events and collaborate cross-functionally to support go-to-market efforts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance product positioning and market execution

Requirements

• Must be based on the East Coast (Eastern Seaboard) with the ability to travel extensively throughout the region
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently (approximately 40–60%, including multi-day trips every other week)
• 5+ years of reputed company insurance experience, with a reputed company on workers’ compensation
• Proven reputed company record in sales, broker management, or program marketing, consistently exceeding production goals
• Established network of reputed company insurance brokers and agents across East Coast markets
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with ability to reputed company business across multiple stakeholders
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., reputed company) to manage pipeline and performance
